This interactive and engaging online photography course empowers students from elementary to high school to unlock their creative potential behind the lens. Each module can take about one 30 day cycle or LP to complete. Place your order for monthly access to our course curriculum to work through it at your own pace.

We provide your child with many opportunities to capture images that can be simultaneously utilized as educational work samples for the corresponding subject matter. For example, in Module 3, the LP may be science related. Your child can capture details from a science experiment that also shows their visual understanding of the use of natural light.

Why I Decided to Teach Students

We started homeschooling our children only six months before pandemic hit. The paradigm shift was surreal as I completed shifted my routine from traveling photographer to full-time homeschool educator and remote entrepreneur.

To keep my headshots fresh without making contact with other people, I decided to teach our daughter (a 9 year old 4th grader) the basics of how to capture my images with my professional camera, rather than with my phone, so I could continue to market myself online in a professional manner. After each private 15 minute lesson, she captured these beautiful candid images below.

What I didn't expect was for our daughter to apply these technical skills to everyday life. Now, she uses photography to capture images of her school projects, artwork, and even playful pictures of our puppy because she understands how to properly use digital cameras, composition and framing practices, and natural lighting techniques.

She has been paid in Robux for each session and she has also been paid to be my photo assistant on a creative portrait photo session.
